Getting Started
Silouette Moves gives you a team of AI coworkers, each one trained to handle a specific part of running your business. You tell them what you need, they draft it, and you review and send. Nothing goes out without your approval. The entire process is Draft, Review, Send. You stay in control. Your coworkers carry the middle work.
After your purchase you will receive a welcome email with a link to log in. Your account is active immediately. From the hub, pick a coworker based on what you need right now, paste in your context or notes, and generate your first draft. Most people have their first draft in under five minutes.
A draft is one generated output from any coworker. You open a coworker, give them context, such as a pasted email, a note, a number, or a screenshot, and they produce a ready-to-use draft. You review it, make any edits you want, and then send or use it however you need. Each time you hit Generate, that counts as one draft toward your monthly total.
Each coworker has a specific role. Parker handles daily ops. Jordan manages the inbox and admin. Taylor covers the front desk and client intake. Jamie handles sales follow-up. Alex handles money. If you are not sure, open any coworker and ask how they can help you best. They will tell you exactly what they can do.
The Coworkers
Parker — Daily Ops. Drafts task assignments, internal communications, SOPs, and operational updates.

Jordan — Inbox. Drafts email replies, calendar communications, vendor responses, and follow-up threads.

Taylor — Front Desk. Manages intake responses, appointment confirmations, client onboarding messages, and first-contact replies.

Jamie — Sales Follow-Up. Drafts proposals, follow-up sequences, check-in messages, and re-engagement outreach.

Alex — Money. Drafts invoice follow-ups, payment requests, late payment notices, and financial update messages.

Max — Profit Optimizer. Available on Pro and Company Pro. Max analyzes your numbers, margins, and operational costs to surface the financial insights most owners miss.
Max is the Profit Optimizer. He looks at what you paste in, such as revenue numbers, cost breakdowns, and pricing questions, and finds the things most owners overlook. He is on Pro and Company Pro because his work requires a deeper level of analysis and is built for owners who are actively managing margins, not just running day-to-day operations. If you are on Core or Company Core and want access to Max, upgrading to Pro or Company Pro adds him immediately.
Yes. You can switch between coworkers freely within any session. Each generation counts as one draft regardless of which coworker you use. There is no limit on how many coworkers you use in a day, only the total number of drafts generated against your plan limit.
No. Nothing auto-sends, ever. Every draft goes through a review step before anything moves. The process is Draft, Review, Send. Your coworkers prepare the work. You decide what goes out.
Drafts and Usage
Your draft total depends on your plan. Core includes 150 drafts per month. Pro includes 300 drafts per month. Company Core includes 750 drafts per month shared across your team. Company Pro includes 3,000 drafts per month shared across your team. Your current usage is always visible on your hub so you know exactly where you stand.
When you reach 80 percent of your limit, you will see a warning banner in the hub so you have time to plan. When you reach 100 percent, draft generation is paused for the rest of that billing period. You will see an option to upgrade your plan to continue. Your account stays fully active. You just cannot generate new drafts until the next billing period resets your count or you upgrade.
No. Draft counts reset at the start of each billing period. Unused drafts do not carry forward. If you consistently have a large number of unused drafts each month, you may want to consider whether a lower plan is a better fit.
Billing and Plans
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup and you will not be charged until day 8 unless canceled prior to day 7.
There are four plans. Core at $129/month gives solo owners access to all five standard coworkers, Parker, Jordan, Taylor, Jamie, and Alex, with 150 drafts per month. Pro at $297/month adds Max the Profit Optimizer and doubles the draft count to 300 per month. Company Core at $497/month gives teams up to 5 people access to the same five standard coworkers with 750 shared drafts per month. Company Pro at $997/month gives teams up to 15 people access to all six coworkers including Max with 3,000 shared drafts per month.
Both Core and Pro give you access to the same five standard coworkers, Parker, Jordan, Taylor, Jamie, and Alex. Pro adds Max the Profit Optimizer and doubles your monthly draft count from 150 to 300. If you are actively managing financials, pricing, or margins and want a coworker focused on that work, Pro is the right plan.
Company plans use a single shared login that your whole team accesses together. There are no individual seats or per-user accounts. Everyone logs in with the same credentials and draws from the same shared draft pool. Company Core supports teams up to 5 people. Company Pro supports teams up to 15.
From your hub, click View or Change Plan. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
From your hub, click View or Change Plan to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel from there at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
From your hub, click View or Change Plan. The Stripe customer portal lets you add, update, or remove payment methods directly. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. Silouette Moves never stores card details.

Custom Builds
A custom build is a coworker or team of coworkers built specifically for your business, trained on your SOPs, your voice, and your exact workflows. Unlike the standard Toolbox coworkers, every custom build is scoped to your operation and delivered as a dedicated application. Nothing moves forward until scope is confirmed in writing.
Single Coworker Build at $10,000 one-time. One coworker trained on the workflow costing you the most. Requires an active Company Pro subscription at $997/month. Delivered in 5 to 7 business days with 14 days of direct support after delivery.

Full Team Build at $40,000 one-time. All five standard coworkers fully trained on your business, plus Max in standard form. Delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Includes a $2,500/month retainer after delivery covering SOP updates and monthly optimization reviews.

Enterprise Build starting at $75,000. All six coworkers fully customized, including a fully configured Max built on your actual pricing structure and margin data. Delivered under your own domain and branding as a proprietary internal tool. Monthly retainer of $6,000 to $8,000 after delivery. Timeline is 4 to 6 weeks.
The Full Team Build trains all five standard coworkers on your business and includes Max in standard form. It is delivered as a dedicated application. The Enterprise Build goes further by fully customizing all six coworkers including a Max configured on your actual financial data, and it is delivered under your own domain and branding as a proprietary internal tool with dedicated infrastructure. The Enterprise Build is for organizations where coworkers need to function as a core operational layer, not a support layer.
The Company Pro subscription at $997/month is the retainer for a Single Coworker Build. It keeps the coworker current as your business evolves and provides the infrastructure the build runs on. There is no separate retainer fee. The subscription covers both.
The more context you bring, the faster and more precise the build. Existing email scripts, response templates, intake forms, process notes, and SOPs are all useful. If you do things from memory, describe the workflow start to finish on the form. You do not need everything organized before you submit. That is part of what the scoping conversation surfaces.
We reply within 48 business hours to confirm availability, agree on scope, and align on timeline. Nothing moves until that is done in writing. Once scope is agreed, a payment link is sent and the build begins. Your coworkers are trained using your workflows, your voice, and your rules. At delivery you receive them ready to use.
